    AQSW-H/-N Series Cooling capacity: 50~430kW Heating capacity:50~440kW CLIMAVENETA water/ground source heat pump uses ground energy (soil, groundwater, surface water, sewage, etc.) as the main energy source, supplemented by electric energy, and develops and utilizes the inexhaustible but not easy to use low-level energy through the unit. Raise it to a usable high potential energy. It can not only meet the needs of heating in winter and cooling in summer, but also solve the supply problem of sanitary hot water at the same time, fully showing its functional characteristics of one machine and three purposes. Due to the use of ground energy, under normal circumstances, the input of 1kW of electrical energy can obtain more than 5kW of cooling capacity or more than 4kW of heat, and the efficiency is much higher than other central air-conditioning heating and cooling forms.

    Frame Structure Description:

    1. The overall frame and bottom plate of the unit are made of galvanized steel plate with polyester spraying treatment on the outer surface, so that the whole unit should not be rusted.

    2. The unit structure is convenient, compact and occupies a small space. The compressor, evaporator and condenser are all built into the sheet metal frame, and the unit is waterproof and dustproof.

    Compressor Description:

    1. High efficient scroll compressor with low noise;Flexible compressor, liquid slugging and wear resistant.

    2. Twin compressor, multi-circuit for better backing up, lower starting current.

    Evaporator Description:

    AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, efficient heat exchange. The surface is covered with closed-cell neoprene insulation material to prevent condensation on the surface of the plate heat exchanger; and the plate heat exchanger is built in to prevent the plate heat exchanger from being frozen under harsh conditions.

    Condenser:

    AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, efficient heat exchange. The surface is covered with closed-cell neoprene insulation material to prevent condensation on the surface of the plate heat exchanger.

    Control Cabinet:

    1. The unit start-up and microcomputer control part are integrated in the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. All electrical parts maintenance can be carried out at the front of the unit.

    2. The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the outer surface has been treated with galvanized powder, which makes it weather resistant and can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.

    3. For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board of the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.

    Control System:

    ● Dedicated W3000 microprocessor is inserted with CLIMAVENETA control algorithm to make sure energy saving and reliability.
    ● FIFO compressor running time balance function extends unit’s working life.
    ● Auto compressor power input control following with load change for energy saving.
    ● Environment adaptation by data regulation and setting.
    ● Modulating measurement is used for temperature pressure protection. It can increase reliability and predict and prevent fault occurs.
